We understand that impound situations are stressful, and we want to help you as clearly and quickly as we can. At the same time, it is not part of our staff members’ job duties to accept being yelled at, threatened, or treated with excessive disrespect.

Our team has been instructed to end a phone call if a caller becomes abusive or hostile. Speaking calmly helps us give you accurate information about release requirements and next steps.

Requests to speak with a manager will not change established policies, fees, or documentation requirements. Our staff share the same information; the answer you receive from any team member is the same answer you would receive from anyone else here.

Requirements for impound release

To release an impounded vehicle, the person picking it up must provide all required documents. Missing documents can delay release.

Before you arrive

Call ahead so we can confirm your paperwork and next steps before you make the trip. This helps reduce wait time and avoids repeat visits.

Payment reminder: All impound fees must be paid in cash only. No exceptions.
