24/7 emergencies — call 517-279-2010
When you call, press 1 for towing and impounds or press 2 for auto repair. Press 1 if you are stranded, need a wrecker, or need impound help. Press 2 during shop hours (Mon–Thu, 8am–5pm) for auto repair, or schedule online. After hours, this number is for emergencies only — not estimates, appointments, parts, billing, or other shop business.

What to call us for
-
Tows and recoveries
Breakdowns, wrecks, ditch work, and flatbed tows when the vehicle should not roll. Tell us where you are and whether the vehicle can roll, steer, or start.
-
I-69 and highway stops
We regularly run I-69 through Branch County. If you are on the shoulder, stay in a safe place, share the nearest mile marker or exit, and we will come to you.
-
Lockouts and jump starts
Roadside lockouts and dead batteries. If you need a key cut or programmed, that is shop work through our KeyWorks partnership — call 517-279-2010 during shop hours and press 2, or press 1 after hours for roadside help.
-
Impounds
If we already have your vehicle, see impound pickup requirements before you drive in. If you call this number outside normal business hours, you reach a dispatcher who cannot look up lot inventory, bills, or fees. Those are office questions during shop hours.
Where we go
We cover Coldwater and the rest of Branch County, including Bronson, Quincy, and Union City, plus nearby stretches of I-69. If you are not sure we can reach you, call anyway — we will tell you straight.
For shop repairs, call 517-279-2010 during shop hours (Mon–Thu, 8am–5pm) and press 2, or schedule shop work online. Do not use the after-hours dispatcher for quotes or other routine business.
