911 Auto Service Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website 911autoservice.org and provides automotive repair, towing, roadside assistance, key services, parts sales, and related customer service from 22 S Clay St, Coldwater, MI 49036.

Text messaging (SMS)

Customers may text our business phone numbers, and we may send text messages about service, towing, appointments, vehicle status, parts, auctions, and other requests you make. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not required to buy goods or services from us.

You can opt in by texting our published number, giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, or submitting your phone number on our website (including appointment requests) and agreeing to be contacted by text.

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out by calling 517-279-2010 (press 1 for towing, press 2 for auto repair).

We use your mobile number and message content to reply to you and to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent to third parties. We do not share that information with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. Our phone and texting provider only processes messages so we can operate our phone system.

Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address, and mailing or service address
• Vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, license plate, condition, and service notes)
• Appointment requests, towing/roadside details, impound questions, and other messages you send
• SMS and call content, timestamps, and related phone-system records
• Payment and invoice details when you pay for service (processed by our payment providers)
• Website information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, IP address, and approximate location collected by our hosting provider

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide auto repair, towing, roadside, key, parts, auction, and related services

• Authorities if required by law, or if needed to protect our customers, staff, or property

Website use

Our website is hosted by a third-party provider. It may store standard server logs. We do not use the site to run third-party advertising. If you book an appointment online, we collect the name, email, phone number, vehicle description, and notes you enter so we can schedule the work.

How long we keep information

We keep customer, vehicle, and communication records as long as needed for the job, warranties, insurance, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of business. Text message logs are kept as long as our phone system retains them or as needed to complete your request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Call 517-279-2010 (press 1 for towing, press 2 for auto repair during shop hours, Mon–Thu, 8am–5pm). Stopping texts does not delete shop records we must keep for a vehicle we already serviced or towed.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
